Who is responsible

Vantix (also referred to as Vantix Cheats) is the trading name of a UK sole trader who operates this store and is responsible for its customer information. Privacy enquiries, rights requests and complaints: legal@vantixcheats.com. Order/support enquiries: support@vantixcheats.com. The sole trader’s legal name and business contact address are awaiting confirmation for this development notice.

What we collect and where it comes from

You provide account identifiers, email, credentials, billing information appropriate to the payment method and support messages. WordPress stores a password hash rather than a readable password. We also record purchases, payment status/references, supplied licence keys, duration and installation eligibility. WooCommerce may record an IP address and browser user agent with an order. Hosting and email services process technical logs, delivery information and messages. We receive payment and licence fulfilment responses from our providers.

Cryptocurrency checkout asks for email and country; card checkout may require additional billing information. Reducing fields does not make a purchase anonymous. Hosted payment providers can process their own transaction, technical and wallet information. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, seed phrases or unrelated sensitive information in support messages.

Purposes and lawful bases

Contract / requested pre-contract steps: account access, processing purchases, providing licences and installation access, transaction messages and purchase support. Required fields enable these functions; we may be unable to supply an order without them.
Legal obligations: accounting/tax records and responding to legally binding requests, where applicable.
Legitimate interests: proportionate security, fraud prevention, resolving disputes and administering support. We balance our interests against your rights, minimise information and restrict access. You can object where this basis applies.
Consent: optional referral analytics and any separately opted-in promotional emails. Optional cookie refusal does not prevent a purchase. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Optional newsletter and marketing

Only if you tick the separate optional checkbox, we add your email to our local Vantix newsletter list for product updates, promotions and discounts. We record your email, the consent wording/version, date and signup source. Registration, purchases, cookie consent, essential service messages and public forum posts are not marketing permission. You can withdraw through My Account, an unsubscribe link provided in each campaign, or legal@vantixcheats.com. Withdrawal does not affect purchases or essential account/order messages.

This site currently collects opt-ins without sending campaigns or sharing the list with an email platform. Any later sending provider must be disclosed and assessed before importing the list. We retain subscription data while consent is active and needed, subject to periodic review. On withdrawal the active email is removed; a minimal keyed email hash and dates are retained to prevent accidental resubscription. This is pseudonymous personal data. Consent detail can be removed through an approved privacy erasure request.

Who receives information

Namecheap hosting and cPanel webmail: the website/database and associated hosting/email services. The operator reports US hosting. Email storage, support access and subcontractor locations must be verified against the service agreement.
WooCommerce and WordPress: software running this store. Installing these applications does not itself mean all order data is sent to their developers. Optional order referral analytics runs locally in the browser only with Analytics permission.
Trocador / AnonPay: crypto invoice amount/currency, invoice/order reference, merchant payout details and payment callback information. Our invoice request does not include the customer’s email or billing address. The hosted checkout may collect its own customer information; review its notice when using that service.
VenPayR (planned card payment provider): intended to process card payments and related billing/security information when configured. Its Privacy Policy, actual merchant arrangement, technical data flow and transfer safeguards must be reviewed before enabling live payments. VenPayR is not connected by the newsletter plugin. Stripe is disabled for new payments; any historical Stripe records remain subject to their applicable retention and privacy obligations.
CheatProvider / BellTower software supplier: licence fulfilment sends your email, game identifier, duration code and a unique order/item reference. The supplier returns a licence key and may process activation/device information in its software under its own notice. We do not claim this website itself collects HWID simply because supplier software does.
Support and legal recipients: relevant information to handle your request, lawful obligations or payment disputes. Supplier diagnostics are limited to what is needed; redact unrelated information from screenshots and logs.

Provider roles differ: some act on our instructions and others determine their own payment/software processing. Applicable contracts and provider notices must be verified; this list does not assert that every recipient is our processor. We do not sell customer information.

International processing

US hosting means customer information is processed outside the UK and EEA. Provider and supplier operations can involve other countries. Where a restricted international transfer occurs, we must establish an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the UK IDTA/Addendum and EU standard contractual clauses where relevant, and assess transfers as required. The development audit has not yet verified the applicable arrangements for each recipient; no claim of an adequacy certification or signed transfer contract is made here. How long information is kept

Account and licence records are needed while you use your account or purchased access and for proportionate support/dispute handling. Transaction records may need longer retention for tax/accounting or legal claims. Retention depends on the purpose, applicable obligations, active access and any documented dispute/hold; it must not be indefinite merely because storage is available. The operator is reviewing a proposed schedule before enabling destructive order/account cleanup.

WooCommerce application logs are configured for 30-day cleanup, subject to scheduled jobs running. Hosting logs, mailbox messages and backups have separate provider retention that must be confirmed. Browser cookie choices last up to 180 days by default; optional referral cookies use browser-session retention and a normally 30-minute activity window. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Approved erasure removes or anonymises applicable website information, including our custom licence/installation and crypto invoice fields when the underlying order is erased. This does not automatically erase independent providers’ records, blockchain transactions, email copies or backups. Where records must be retained, we explain the reason and restrict further use. Backup removals follow the provider’s verified rotation schedule; restored data must reapply approved erasures.

Your rights and requests

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent. Erasure is not absolute where information is required for legal obligations or claims. Contact legal@vantixcheats.com without needing to create an account. Include enough to identify the relevant account/order; we may request proportionate verification, not unnecessary identity documents. Requests are normally handled without a fee and answered within one month, subject to applicable verification and extension rules.

Privacy complaints

Email legal@vantixcheats.com with the subject Privacy complaint and explain the issue. We acknowledge complaints within 30 days, investigate appropriately, keep you informed and communicate the outcome without undue delay. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, or the relevant EU supervisory authority where EU GDPR applies. Contacting us does not remove that right.

Security, cookies and external services

We use access controls and native WordPress/WooCommerce authentication. Appropriate patching, HTTPS, administrator MFA, protected backups and provider security require ongoing operation and verification. No system is guaranteed secure. Optional browser storage remains off until permission, and the cookie icon reopens preferences for withdrawal. Cookies do not provide consent for unrelated uses of account data.

External Discord, YouTube, forum, payment or supplier pages operate under their own notices when you visit them. We do not claim that a simple link installs their tracking on this website. Material changes to our processing will be reflected in this notice; changed optional purposes require a new choice.
